SANDWICH RECIPE by Pablo Lopez and David Peña

Sandwich recipe

Ingredients :
-     2 Slices of bread
-     Ham
-     Cheese
-     Butter
How to do it :
Step 1 – Spread the butter in all the sides of the 2 slices of the bread.
Step 2 – Put cheese and ham in one of the slices of bread.
Step 3 – Close the the sandwich.
Step 4 – Fry it in the pan
Step 5 – Eat it!

Washington, D.C, formally the District of Columbia and commonly referred to as Washington, the District, or simply D.C., is the capital of the United States founded on July 16, 1790. The US. Constitution allows for the creation of a special district to serve as the permanent national capital. The District is therefore not a part of any US. State and is instead directly overseen by the federal government. Within the District, a new capital city was founded in 1791 and named in honor of Washington. There are many monuments in Washington like the D.C war memory, Eisenhower tower, the George mansion memorial, the two Jims memorial or many of them. The population in this year is around 5.4 million persons. Jami Hendrix is one of the famous. In Washington they speak English a some people speak Spanish, and many more languages it depend.

PANCAKES

PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
4 tablerspoons of sugar
1\2 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
cream and syrup
 PREPARATION:
Take a bowl and put in it 1\2 cup of milk, next add 1 egg, then 1 cup of flour, after that mix all with the mixer and put it in a pan with a bit of oil at simmer. Turn over the pancake, to make it good, finally if you want add cream or syrop.

Treasure Island is a novel written by Robert Louis Stevenson.
First published as a book on 23rd May 1883, it was originally serialized in the children's magazine Young Folks between 1881-82 under the title Treasure Island; or, the mutiny of the Hispaniola and the pseudonym Captain George North.
Traditionally considered a coming-of-age story, it is an adventure tale known for its atmosphere, character and action, and also a wry commentary on the ambiguity of morality. It is one of the most frequently dramatised of all novels. The influence of Treasure Island on popular perception of pirates is vast, including treasure maps with an "X", schooners, the Black Spot, tropical islands, and one-legged seamen with parrots on their shoulders.
LIFE OF ROBERT LOUIS STEVENSON
Robert Louis Stevenson ( 13 November 1850- 3 December 1894 ) was a Scottish novelist, poet, essayist and travel writer. Stevenson is now among the 30 most translated authors in the world , just below Charles Dickens. He was married with Fanny Vandergrift Osbourne ( 1840 – 1914 ). Stevenson died at the age of 44, because of cerebral haemorrhage.

TREASURE ISLAND BY CAROLINA VALLIN

 
Treasure island is a novel of Robert Louis Stevenson written in 1881.  The history takes place in the middle of the eighteenth century. It is the story of pirates who stole treasure from ships in the Caribbean. These pirates buried the treasure on an island. The pirates were cruel and violent. They all wanted the treasure. They fought and killed each other. Treasure island is not a true story. Captain Flint and Long  John Silver were not real pirates. Treasure island is not a real place. But there were pirates in many parts of the world in the eighteenth century. There were pirates in the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and the China Seas. Ships went from South  America to Spain. These ships carried gold,  silver and goods around the Caribbean. And they were often attacked by pirates. Some famous pirates where Captain Henry Morgan, Blackbeard and Mary Read. Trasure island is one of the most famous stories.

Gulliver´s  Travels
Gulliver is a man who went on a sea journey, but the ship sank because there was a storm. When he got up, he found himself trapped by a lot of very little men. They were the size of a thumb, but they trapped him with lots of arrows and ropes. Gulliver learned their language and they told them they were in war with other little men. Then Gulliver offered himself to help them in the war. Then, they released him.
Jonathan Swift
Jonathan Swift was an Anglo-Irish writer born in 30-11-1667. He is famous for writing Gulliver´s Travels and for being a prose master, and the most passionate  revelations, through humor and madness. He died in 19-10-1745.

TREASURE ISLAND SUMARY
The book was written in 1883 by Robert Louis Stevenson.  The Treasure Island is a book of adventure. Characters: Jim Hawkins the son of an inn, Billy Bones a pirate, Black dog an enemy of Billy Bones, Squire Trelawney, Dr. Livesey, Captain Smollett, Long John Silver -  The cook on the voyage to Treasure Island, Ben Gunn, Pew, Israel Hands and Tom Redruth.
PLOT
Set in the days of sail ships and pirates Treasure Island tells of the adventures of Jim Hawkins and his search for the buried treasure of the notorious pirate Captain Flint.
Robert Louis Stevenson
Robert Louis Stevenson was born November 13, 1850 in Edinburgh, Scotland, the only son of respectable middle-class parents. Throughout his childhood, he suffered chronic health problems that confined him to bed. In his youth, his strongest influence was that of his nurse, Allison Cunningham, who often read Pilgrims Progress and The Old Testament to him. He died in Vailima 3 of December 1894.
